What You'll Do:

Collaborate with suppliers to secure materials and resources necessary for production. analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential sourcing opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries. utilise software and data analytics to streamline sourcing processes. Support the team with inventory management and forecasting needs. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or logistics within the manufacturing sector. Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills - you'll be working with a variety of stakeholders! Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
