THE ROLE:
Develop the existing supplier network and propose new strategic partners
Work to prevent or actively solve day to day problems which arise with suppliers
Continually review the portfolio and put forward and implement ideas
Increase commercial benefits whilst reducing risk to the business
Own regional & global contracts with vendors

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will be educated to degree level
A CIPS Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply is desirable but not essential
IT/SAP competence
Excellent commercial and negotiating skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good planning and organising skills
Ability to analyse data from a wide variety of sources
