We’re Hiring: Buying Administrator
Location: Enfield EN1 (In Person)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Buying Administrator to join our new Car Supermarket in Enfield, stocking over 1,500 pre-owned vehicles.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment within the motor trade.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the buying department, ensuring vehicle purchases and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing vehicle purchase invoices and documentation
• Data entry and updating records on our internal systems (DMS)
• Answering inbound calls and directing enquiries to the relevant team members
• Assisting the buying team with general administration tasks
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle purchases and collections
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure paperwork is completed correctly
• Supporting the team with general office duties
• Managing emails and assisting with day-to-day office operations
Requirements
• Excellent administration and data entry skills
• Previous office administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and telephone skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Motor trade experience is beneficial but not essential
Salary & Benefits
£29,000 – £30,000 Basic (DOE)

Working Hours
09:00 – 18:00
Week 1: Monday – Friday (5 days)
Week 2: Monday – Saturday (6 days)
