Sitting at the heart of the Council, you will be part of the Leaders Office Team providing fast-paced support to Wandsworth Council's Leader and Cabinet. You will join us at an exciting time of change, working closely with the political administration to support the delivery of their vision for a fairer, compassionate, and more sustainable borough.

About The Role

This role involves providing policy and research support, briefings, and policy casework to the Leader of the Council and the Cabinet. Your work will ensure they can make effective decisions, communicate their work, and collaborate with residents, businesses, stakeholders, and communities. Sitting within our wider Chief Executives Group, you will collaborate with policy, communications, and governance teams as well as colleagues across the Council.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Although employed by the Richmond & Wandsworth Better Service Partnership, this role is specific to Wandsworth. The current work pattern is four days in the office and one day remote per week.
