We are seeking an experienced Cable Jointer to support ongoing electrical infrastructure projects across the North West. This role involves working on LV and/or HV networks, carrying out jointing, termination, and fault repair works to a high standard.Candidates must have demonstrable experience working under AWP03 or AWP04 authorisations, ensuring compliance with DNO procedures and safety standards.Key Responsibilities Carry out cable jointing and terminations on LV and/or HV networksWork on new connections, maintenance, and fault repairsInterpret network drawings, schematics, and job packsEnsure all work complies with DNO specifications and safety regulationsComplete relevant documentation and test records accuratelyWork collaboratively with site teams, supervisors, and project managersMaintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Cable Jointer within the UK utilities sectorAWP03 or AWP04 authorisation (current or previously held)Experience working on LV and/or 11kV networksRelevant industry qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Power Engineering or equivalent)Valid CSCS/ECS cardStrong understanding of DNO procedures and safety standardsFull UK driving licence Desirable Skills & Experience Experience working on 132kV networksAdditional DNO authorisations (e.g. SAP, Competent Person)Confined space trainingExperience with fault location and testingJBRP1_UKTJ
