As a Cable Jointer, youll work alongside other Cable Jointers and Jointers Mates within your authorisations, focusing on High Voltage/Low Voltage New Connections in your region.

If you are currently working as part of a team with a Jointers Mate and are considering a move, we are also recruiting a Jointers Mate to join Last Mile.

Your responsibilities as a Cable Jointer:

• Ensure all relevant information is received and fully understood before commencing any work activities
• Carry out site specific risk assessments prior to starting work and throughout the task as required
• Promote and demonstrate a strong culture of health, safety and quality at all times
• Complete all works in line with Last Mile and relevant DNO specifications, using tools, equipment and plant correctly
• Notify the project supervisor or project manager of any variations and report all accidents or incidents promptly

Experience / Knowledge:

• Experienced Cable Jointer with relevant authorisations

Qualifications:

• EUSR or ECS card
• Full UK driving licence
• First aid certi?cation
• NRSWA Operator certi?cation (desirable)
