The Role As a CAD Technician, youll transform engineering designs into clear, precise drawings for fabrication and construction. Youll work closely with engineers, project teams, and the workshop to ensure high-quality, buildable solutions for structures including platforms, gantries, stairs, and steel support systems. Key responsibilities include: Interpreting engineering and architectural drawings and specifications Creating accurate 2D/3D models and detailed drawings for manufacturing and site erection Producing General Arrangement drawings for client approvals Generating material and bolt lists to support estimating and procurement Coordinating with multiple departments to deliver projects efficiently Participating in site visits and surveys where required
