London based hybrid role – 2/3 times per week at office Responsibilities · Design & Development: · Architect and implement scalable technology solutions using Camel, Spring Cloud, and Spring Boot to meet business requirements. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Spring Integration and Java technologies into existing systems. · Architecture Oversight: · Oversee the design of complex systems leveraging the full Spring Framework stack. · Document all architectural decisions and technical specifications for future reference. · Quality & Performance: · Develop and maintain high-quality code using Spring MVC and Spring Core, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. · Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce adherence to best practices and coding standards. · Optimise system performance and scalability to handle increased demand. · Collaboration & Mentorship: · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. · Work closely with Telecom domain experts to tailor solutions for industry-specific needs. · Stakeholder Engagement: · Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure solutions align with strategic goals. xehkeey · Continuous Improvement: · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into architecture as appropriate.
