We are a world-class, multichannel marketing services business seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to be embedded within a dynamic marketing team at a major client's head office in West London, four days a week.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of developing and executing integrated retail marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving sales growth and building active brand consideration across food and beverage, in-venue retail and merchandise categories.
About You:
Proven experience in food and beverage marketing is essential -this is a non-negotiable requirement for the role
Highly motivated, organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
Calm under pressure and confident in a fast-paced environment
Professionally presented with a structured, process-driven approach to work
Strong problem-solver with a proactive attitudeWhat You'll Bring:
Demonstrated food and beverage marketing experience, gained either agency or client-side
Knowledge of broader retail or consumer-facing sectors is advantageous
Experience in multi-site or multi-location marketing
Confidence across both print and digital channels
A track record of managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and business partnersWhat You'll Be Doing:
Leading the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns with a focus on food and beverage and merchandise
Managing the retail campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery
Driving go-to-market strategy for new product launches
Working cross-functionally with operations, commercial and wider business teams to align messaging and timing
Coordinating with regional marketing leads to adapt campaign toolkits for local markets
Identifying new opportunities for retail storytelling and brand engagement
Upholding brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
Managing campaign budgets effectively
Ensuring all creative and marketing assets meet relevant regulatory requirements
