Job Description
We seek a Campaign Program Manager to join our world-class client, one of the leading and most advanced Software Development companies.
Hybrid Work: 2 days/week onsite in London.
Employment Type: Temporary Placement (via us – Dexian) – Temporary Agency Worker Employment Contract.
Duration: 6 months (high potential for extension).
Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time).
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sponsorship Campaign Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated global sponsorship campaigns from start to finish.
Develop annual and seasonal campaign calendars aligned with brand priorities and business goals.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows to ensure flawless execution.
Turn Assets into Impactful Storytelling
Oversee activation of sponsorship rights across campaigns and projects.
Manage asset delivery, approvals, and coordination with agencies, rights-holders, and internal teams.
Ensure assets are effectively used across digital, social, broadcast, experiential, and internal channels.
Maintain toolkits and playbooks to maximize sponsorship value and consistency.
Drive Integrated Marketing Impact
Partner with brand, media, PR, and regional marketing teams to bring sponsorships to life across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Champion creative and innovative digital and experiential activations to boost reach and engagement.
Measurement and Reporting
Support campaign measurement and reporting to assess performance and impact.
Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve future activations and execution standards.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Serve as day-to-day contact for internal teams, agencies, and sponsorship partners.
Align with operations and media teams on budgets, pacing, and performance.
Share updates regularly across global and cross-functional stakeholders.
Sponsorship Expertise
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and best practices.
Use sponsorship assets, talent, and IP to strengthen brand storytelling and visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
8–10 years of professional experience in sponsorship marketing, campaign management, or brand activation.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across agencies, vendors, and rights-holders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills, able to push through projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving capability, and a proactive, “act quickly” mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams.
High degree of maturity and autonomy – able to manage processes independently and deliver results without extensive guidance.
Genuine interest in technology and innovation, and a passion for how brands show up through sports and cultural partnerships.
Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels.
