Capital Investment Finance Business Partner 6 months Hybrid working Bootle

We are seeking an experienced Interim Capital Investment Finance Business Partner to join a business located in North Liverpool on a 6-month temporary contract . The role will focus on evaluating a portfolio of technology-led initiatives , including systems improvements and automation opportunities, to determine their financial viability and strategic value.

Working closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders, you will assess proposed initiatives, build robust costings, quantify expected benefits, and produce clear recommendations to support decision-making on whether initiatives should proceed.

Key Responsibilities

Review and assess a range of IT and technology initiatives , including systems enhancements, process automation, and digital improvements

Develop detailed cost models , including implementation, licensing, support, and ongoing operational costs

Identify and quantify financial and non-financial benefits , such as efficiency gains, cost savings, risk reduction, scalability, and service improvements

Produce cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and business cases to support investment decisions
