Mydas Recruitment are experts in the sourcing and supply of Engineers to leading organisations. We have an exciting new contract role available, for a capital projects engineer, based in Belfast. The successful candidate will work with multifunctional teams to manage budgets, infrastructure & investing in future technologies. Candidates should have 5+ years experience of experience of: Experience from the manufacturing sector Preparing installation plans and leading full equipment validation Manage stakeholder expectations internally and externally Owning the integration and vertical start-up of new equipment Ensuring training plans and competency assessments are completed Minimising disruption to ongoing operations during integration activities Prepare and adhere to project budget. Build and train the right team for the project. Efficiently acquire and manage project resources. Design work plans based on project requirements and team expertise. Ensuring all equipment meets EHS requirements, international standards, and company policies Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Minimum HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services or Engineering discipline. Detail-oriented with the ability to create project plans and schedules. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering systems. Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of H&S compliance, risk assessment, and CDM2015. Long term contract available
