Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries across channels such as showroom, online platforms, and marketing campaigns Deliver a premium and consultative sales experience to all clients Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives effectively Negotiate sales efficiently and close deals to meet targets Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the dealership’s luxury vehicle stock Complete all sales administration and compliance paperwork accurately Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals
Requirements
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within the prestige or luxury vehicle sector Demonstrable ability as a Luxury Car Sales Executive to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Professional appearance and attitude suitable for a high-end showroom environment Self-motivated with a strong drive to maximise personal earnings Full UK driving licence
