Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with one fixed day off during the week). Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00. 1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00

Are you a customer-focused Car Sales Executive ready to represent one of the world’s most respected automotive brands? At Toyota Bromley, we are looking for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to the continued success of our award-winning dealership. This is your opportunity to sell the latest hybrid and electric vehicle technology in a premium showroom environment, with full manufacturer training, an uncapped commission structure, and the support of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
Present and explain add-on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales role within a dealership environment is essential
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
