OTE £55,000 – £60,000

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Car Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to earn strong OTE with an established brand.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to handover, maximising every sales opportunity, and consistently achieving agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
  • Generating new business through telephone, digital and showroom enquiries
  • Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Negotiating sales and closing deals effectively
  • Maximising finance, insurance and add-on product sales
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline management
  • Following up leads and prospecting previous customers
  • Ensuring FCA compliance at all times

About You

  • Proven track record within automotive car sales
  • Consistently achieved £50k+ OTE previously
  • Strong closing skills and objection handling ability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Target-driven and financially motivated
