We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an ambitious Car Sales Executive to join a successful and growing dealership. NO SUNDAYS – Enjoy a better work‑life balance! The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities across both new and used vehicles. Key Responsibilities
Selling new and used cars through a structured and proven sales process Guiding customers through model selection, features, and finance options Conducting engaging and professional test drives Managing your diary and customer appointments efficiently Maintaining and updating customer records and databases accurately Upholding a professional and well‑presented image at all times
⏰ Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm NO SUNDAYS Plus 1 weekday off every week
What’s on Offer
Basic salary: £21,000 – £27,000 On‑target earnings: £50,000 – £60,000+ Strong earning potential with uncapped commission
✅ What We’re Looking For
Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence A confident, target‑driven approach Excellent communication and customer service skills Well‑organised with strong attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude
