ROLE: Car Sales ExecutiveLOCATION: WatfordSALARY: 29.7k basic, 50k OTE + Car + BenefitsHOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 with a day off; Saturday 9.00 – 5.00; every other Sunday 10.00 – 4.00Our client is currently looking for a Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join the busy dealership on a full-time permanent basis.The Sales Executive will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Sales Executive team are brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for their customers.As a Sales Executive, you will make sure that customers get inspiration and support to learn about Hyundai from the moment they walk in.You will assist in delivering an innovative and unforgettable customer experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agendaEducate and inspire guests by answering their questionsTurn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting cars and services that Hyundai offersBuild and maintain long-term business relationships with customersSchedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing processProfile / QualificationsProven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealershipDemonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performanceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
