We have a well equipped modern workshop and are in need of a Service Technician (Mechanic)to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, and servicing a wide variety of vehicles, maintaining the high standard of workmanship our customers have come to rely on. This role offers an excellent opportunity to use your technical expertise in a fast-paced yet supportive working environment. Please note: this position is only open to applicants with a minimum of five years experience within a garage environment. Duties Mechanical knowledge to accurately identify issues. Perform repairs and servicing on a range of vehicles including Cars, vans and motorhomes. Repair or replace faulty parts, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed and accurate job card records of all work completed and parts used. If necessary, provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining the repair process and answering any customer queries professionally. Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with all health and safety regulations. Experience & Skills Required A minimum of five years proven experience in automotive repair or a closely related field (essential). Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, and vehicle assembly processes is an advantage. Proficiency with maintenance procedures and technical know how is a must. Knowledge of electrical systems and repair techniques is highly desirable
