About The Role

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for an amazing team member to join us in our Caravan Sales Team.

We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in giving excellent customer service is able to build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing owners.

Previous experience in caravan sales is essential.  Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

Flexibility is essential - This permanent role covers 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 which will include evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will deliver a first class and memorable sales experience for our existing and prospective owners.  Your personality must be warm and endearing as you meet and greet potential owners and showcase everything Butlin's has to offer.

 You will be making variety of calls - including to attract sales - you will need to demonstrate polite but effective telephone manner.  You will  also, support new owners long after the sales process is over by ensuring their holiday home is as promised and they continue to fall in love with Butlin's.  

Being a great team player is essential and you should enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
