About the Role
We're looking for a passionate manager to join us at our Skegness Resort as an Owners Events Manager for our caravan village.
As an Owners Even Manager you will be responsible for the Pig & Whistle owners' bar & events venue. You'll be vital in helping our guests create smiles - getting stuck in to give them a great on resort experience!
Leading the day-to-day operation of the venue, designing and delivering an engaging events calendar. This will be relevant to all owner profiles (families, couples, seasonal owners, long term owners), working closely with the entertainment team to source and schedule suitable acts. Along with driving commercial performance, whilst maintaining and growing owner satisfaction.
Safety and legal requirements are paramount, making sure brand standards are adhered to and health & safety along with food standards are always followed. Training team for the bar and floor areas, maintaining a high-quality service for our guest's experience.
Identifying and delivering commercial opportunities such as themed nights, ticketed events, pre booked packages. Manage stock control, wastage and variance investigations. Product Knowledge will be key, along with gr...
