Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (North West London)\n\n£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)\n\nDay/Night shifts available\n\nAt Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a range of clients in North West London. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes.\n\nThis is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.\n\nClinical Requirements\n\nYou will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan.

These may include:\n\n• Oxygen saturation monitoring\n\n• Suctioning\n\n• Airway management\n\n• Cough assist\n\n• Ventilation support\n\n• PEG/JEJ management\n\n• Epilepsy management\n\n• Moving and handling\n\n• Personal care\n\n• Medication support\n\nFull specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.\n\nShifts Available\n\nWe offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.\n\n• Weekend day shifts\n\n• Weekend night shifts\n\n• 12-hour shift or shorter calls\n\n• Driver requirements if applicable\n\n• Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)\n\nWhat the Role Involves\n\n• Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home\n\n• Supporting with community access and social activities\n\n• Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks\n\n• Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support\n\n• Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams\n\nYour presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n• Experience supporting people with complex needs\n\n• Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)\n\n• Strong communication and reliability\n\n• Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values\n\n• Ability to work independently and professionally\n\nWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those with lived experience.
