Eden Manor is a luxury purpose-built care home facility providing care for up to 80 residents, the home is designed for people requiring Residential, Dementia and End of Life care. Situated in a quiet residential area within the Morton area of Carlisle in Cumbria, the home provides residents with a peaceful environment, the home is surround by beautifully landscaped gardens and Chances Park. The home offers a supportive environment with 80 En-Suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge and dining areas. Our dedicated teams are hand selected through a rigorous recruitment process to ensure we meet the residents individual care and social needs and provide an exceptional level of care, Eden Manor only employs permanent team members and has had 0 agency usage since opening in 2022. The home proudly embodies the Lovett Care commitment to excellence, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and supported. Eden Manor has a dedicated activities and well-being team who cover a 7 day period to provide engagement and socialisation to all who live in the home and the local community. The home reflects the Lovett Care vision of providing the highest standards of safety, comfort and care. We invest in the latest technology and offer a purposeful programme of daily activity and gentle exercise to enhance the experience, care and wellbeing of our residents. We are seeking to appoint kind, caring and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. You will deliver quality of care to residents in line with agreed Care Plans. You will contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Care Home. We have full time contracts available with an hourly rate of £13.00 (from 1st April)! Shift times are 0745-2000, with alternate weekend working.
