The hourly rate is £14.71 per hour increasing to £15.13 after 2 years of service. These vacancies will require flexible, evening and weekend working. Shift times are 07.30 to 15.00 or 14.30 to 22.00, worked on a rolling rota which includes some weekend working. Rates and Allowances The hourly rate is £14.71 per hour. Allowance If an employee works between midnight Friday to midnight Sunday, he/she is entitled to an enhanced rate of pay of time and one third for all hours worked during this period. Overtime Where the service requires an employee to work more than 37 hours in a week, this is regarded as overtime and is paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half for all hours worked.
