Your responsibilities will include Companionship being a friendly face & preventing loneliness, whilst building relationships with your clients Personal Care all aspects of personal hygiene Medication collecting prescriptions & providing reminders and administrating medication Mealtimes preparing tasty meals and drinks Housekeeping keeping their home just the way they like it Mobility supporting our clients to be part of the local community The successful Care Professional will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.
