It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards the residents individual abilities and own a car.Your CARE ASSISTANT role will include:Assisting residents with personal care and dressingAssisting residents with incontinence needsAssisting residents with repositioning - must be able to use required equipment - hoist, stand aid, slide sheet etc.Assisting with food and fluidsHelping with laundry, cleaning, preparing mealsRecord all relevant documents accurately - must have good verbal and written skillsRequirements:DBSNational insurance numberRight to work in UKPrevious experience is essentialHealth and social care relevant trainingsMust be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the serviceManual Handling Practical trainingYour NURSE role will include: Valid NMC registration Experience in a care home or similar setting Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication Ability to document and communicate effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and their familiesAbility to work in and lead a team Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needsRequirements:DBSPIN NumberNational insurance numberRight to work in UKPrevious experience is essentialHealth and social care relevant trainingsManual Handling Practical training3 years' experienceJBRP1_UKTJ
