About the position

CCH is in search of caring and empathetic Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to the local people of Tipton and surrounding areas, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.

As an integral member of CCH, youll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care.
Your responsibilities will include

• Companionshipbeing a friendly face & preventing loneliness, whilst building relationships with your clients
• Personal Careall aspects of personal hygiene
• Medicationcollecting prescriptions & providing reminders and administrating medication
• Mealtimespreparing tasty meals and drinks
• Housekeepingkeeping their home just the way they like it
• Mobilitysupporting our clients to be part of the local community

The successful Care Assistant will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels

• Successfully passed DBS screening
