About the Role

New Age Recruiters are currently seeking a Female Community Care Assistant to join a dedicated care team in Weymouth. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, supporting them to live independently and with dignity.

(Female applicants only, due to specific service user requirements.)

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

Assisting with medication as per care plans

Supporting clients with daily activities and mobility

Offering companionship and emotional support

Maintaining accurate care records

Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

Requirements

Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)

A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential

Willingness to undergo DBS checks

Right to work in the UK

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
