As Care Coordinator Team Manager, you’ll oversee a team of care coordinators responsible for scheduling, recruitment-matching, and delivering person-centred care. You’ll coach your team through challenges, drive rota and financial efficiency, and act as a senior point of contact across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years’ experience in team management or operational care roles
A confident communicator and problem-solver
Strong grasp of rotas, payroll, billing, and compliance
Proficient with care systems and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence & access to your own transport
