Were looking for a dedicated, resilient professional with a genuine interest in Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury support to join our team as a Field Care Manager.
Youll take ownership of care packages, lead and support staff teams, and ensure that every client receives safe, person-centred, and consistent care. This is a role for someone who is confident, organised, and ready to step into a position with real responsibility and impact.
What Youll Be Doing- Completing robust risk assessments and developing clear, effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Providing supervision, coaching, and appraisal to support workers.
- Monitoring and reviewing support packages, including oversight of daily documentation.
- Communicating confidently with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
- Managing rotas to ensure safe and reliable service delivery.

- £25,000 £27,000 per year, including on-call responsibilities.
