This is a strong opportunity for a Care Coordinator looking for a structured, low-reactive role with rotas planned well in advance and clear internal processes.

The Role As a Care Coordinator , you will support the coordination of established complex care packages within a stable and organised service. Support and maintain rotas planned 3 to 6 months in advance Manage annual leave, sickness, and rota gaps efficiently Complete structured staff check-ins (day one, week one, week two, month two, month three) Liaise with carers to ensure consistent care delivery Maintain accurate records and support compliance standards

This is a coordination-focused position with no requirement for clinical sign-offs or community visits.
