Established for over 50 years, operating in the North East, Yorkshire, and Humberside area, here at Springfield Healthcare, we`re passionate about delivering the highest quality care and support for people living in their own homes.

We`re now looking to strengthen our office team with an experienced, organised Care Coordinator.

Your key responsibilities will include: -

The scheduling of carer rotas, ensuring visits are efficiently coordinated taking customer preferences, locations and staff availability into account.
Ensuring that holiday, sickness and emergency calls are efficiently covered and all affected parties communicated with.
Keeping the internal IT systems updated with changes in carers on an ongoing basis
Managing carers annual leave whilst ensuring sufficient and consistent carers cover for customers
Ensuring carers induction, training, supervision and appraisal is rostered effectively.

You`ll also be part of the on-call rota

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years domiciliary care experience, have their own car and live within the local area.

With strong planning and communication skills, you`ll be a confident team player and a great communicator. You'll work well under pressure and to time deadlines.
