Care Coordinator Complex Care Littlehampton (Hybrid) £28,000 - £32,000 Monday to Friday
We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a growing complex care provider based in Littlehampton.

The role offers hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week) , with the remaining days based at the Littlehampton head office. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend requirements .
The Role In this Care Coordinator role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
You will manage rotas, coordinate staff and support the ongoing delivery of complex care packages within the community.
