Key Responsibilities: Lead on menu planning with residents & the Home Manager

Prepare and serve fresh, home-cooked meals daily

Cater to special diets, allergens & cultural preferences

Supervise kitchen staff (up to 6 team members)

Maintain food safety, HACCP records, and hygiene standards

Manage stock control and help stay within budget

Support with inspections (CQC, EHO) and implement actions

What You'll Need: Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)

Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision (or willing to work towards)

Experience in a care home or similar environment

Strong knowledge of COSHH, infection control & dietary needs...
