We are looking for a talented, caring, and reliable Care Home Cook to join our team in Grantham and help create the comforting, home-cooked meals that mean so much to our residents.

The Role
As our Care Home Cook, you will:
- Prepare fresh, nutritious, home-style meals for our residents
- Cater for individual dietary needs and preferences
- Plan balanced, seasonal menus with creativity and care
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Manage stock, ordering, and overall kitchen organisation
Every meal you prepare helps create moments of comfort and connection.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
- Has experience in a professional kitchen (care setting experience desirable)
- Holds Food Hygiene Level 2 (or is willing to obtain it)
- Holds an Enhanced Adult DBS (or is willing to obtain it)
- Organised, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Brings warmth, patience, and respect to their role
- Understands the importance of nutrition in later life
