Buttons Recruitment are proud to be working with and recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to enhance their team at their 30 bedded Nursing Home based in Wroxham. Our Client is looking to recruit a Care Home (Nursing) Manager.

The home provides care for those who have Nursing Needs, Residential Care Needs. Dementia, and Respite. The home itself is located in the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

You responsibilities will include ( but not limited to)

- Overall responsibility for the running of the home.

- Being the Registered Care Home Manager for the home with CQC - (Previous experience of CQC Registration is a must) If you have achieved an Outstanding Rating Previously, they definitely want to hear from you.

- Be responsible for Care, Quality & Compliance

- Ensure Occupancy Levels remain intact

- Assisting Staff to reach their full potential with Training and development.

- Creating a Safe Environment for the residents and their visitors, alongside staff.

- Being responsible for the homes budget - a good knowledge and understanding of budgets is a must in this role.

Have you got a proven track record in Running a Care Home (Nursing), able to give your enthusiasm to your team to ensure it is well lead?
