Minerva Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established residential care home near Norwich, Norfolk. The home provides residential, dementia, and respite care in a homely, supportive environment where residents flourish. It is rated Good by the CQC and is known locally for its compassionate care and professional culture.
The Role
As Home Manager, you will:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the care team.
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and CQC compliance.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement.
This is a visible leadership role where your experience will directly influence the quality of care and the homes continued success.
About You
  • Registered Manager of a 30+ bed care home with at least 3 years experience
  • Achieved and maintained a Good CQC rating.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and CQC standards
  • Confident leader and communicator with commercial awareness
  • Motivated by delivering excellent resident outcomes and building a positive team culture.
