Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care home. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain excellent care standards.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service delivery within the home.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
- Develop and support marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
- Strong knowledge of care sector regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support business performance.

- Nursing qualification and professional registration preferred but not essential.
