Job Title: Care Home Manager
Locations: Holt, Norfolk
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care home. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain excellent care standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service delivery within the home.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Develop and support marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levels.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
  • Strong knowledge of care sector regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to support business performance.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Qualifications:
  • Nursing qualification and professional registration preferred but not essential.
