About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to support and lead our domiciliary care services across Glasgow, South Lanarkshire and North Lanarkshire.
This is a senior management role for an individual with strong operational experience in care, who is ready to progress to Registered Manager status later in the year, subject to Care Inspectorate approval.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-day operational management of domiciliary care services across multiple locations
Ensuring full compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations, national care standards, and company policies
Leading, supervising, and supporting care and office staff
Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance processes
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
Acting as a key point of contact for service users, families, local authorities, and external professionals
Preparing for and progressing to Registered Manager registration within an agreed timeframe
Essential Experience & Skills Proven experience in a senior care management, deputy manager, or supervisory role within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of Scottish social care regulations and Care Inspectorate requirements
Experience managing staff teams, rotas, audits, and service delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage services across multiple locations
Confident working independently and as part of a senior management team
Qualifications & Registration SSSC registration (or eligibility and willingness to register) is essential
Relevant health and social care qualification (e.g. SVQ Level 9/10 or equivalent)
Willingness and eligibility to apply for Registered Manager registration later in the year
