Care Operations Manager (Registered Manager) Location: Based in Frodsham office - 3 sites across Cheshire Hours: Monday to Friday, finish 5pm Basic Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
Full-Time | Permanent | Private Home Care Provider We're recruiting for a senior Care Operations Manager / Registered Manager to take full operational ownership of three local home care sites , acting as the day-to-day lead when the business owner is off-site. This is a hands-on, commercially aware leadership role for someone who can run the operation end-to-end : people, rotas, capacity, compliance, quality, and performance. You'll have genuine autonomy to make decisions, solve problems quickly, and keep standards consistently high across all sites.
