Care Operations Manager (Registered Manager) - Multi-Site Home Care Location: Frodsham (covering 3 local sites) Hours: Monday to Friday, finish 5pm Salary: Up to £60,000 + package Full-Time | Permanent | Private Home Care Provider | Confidential Role We're recruiting for a senior Care Operations Manager / Registered Manager to take full operational ownership of three local home care sites , acting as the day-to-day lead when the business owner is off-site. This is a hands-on, commercially aware leadership role for someone who can run the operation end-to-end : people, rotas, capacity, compliance, quality, and performance. You'll have genuine autonomy to make decisions, solve problems quickly, and keep standards consistently high across all sites. The Role As Care Operations Manager (Registered Manager), you will: Be the operational lead across three sites , ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery Act as Registered Manager for regulated activity (CQC) and lead inspection readiness Own rota, scheduling and capacity planning , ensuring the right care at the right time Drive staffing performance : recruitment pipeline, onboarding, retention, supervision and culture Ensure strong quality systems : audits, spot checks, call monitoring, care plans...
