Job Summary As a Care & Support Worker, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require additional support with daily living.
You will provide practical assistance and emotional reassurance while ensuring each persons care plan is followed with professionalism and compassion.
This role requires a proactive, empathetic individual who is committed to delivering safe, respectful, and responsive care at all times.
Key Responsibilities Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment.

Assist with meals, hydration, and medication (where appropriately trained).

Observe, monitor, and report changes in physical or emotional wellbeing.

Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date care records.

Encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.

Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control policies.

Work collaboratively with nurses, senior carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
