Lifeways is on the lookout for a passionate, driven Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager and help shape the future of our Supported Living Service in Radcliffe.

Who We’re Looking For Whether you’re: An experienced Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or A motivated Support Worker or Care Assistant ready to take the next step We want to hear from you.

If you bring the passion, we’ll bring the training, development and progression.

Your Role As a Care Team Leader, you will: Inspire and guide a team of Support Workers Deliver exceptional, person-centred care Support recruitment, training and staff development Communicate confidently with colleagues, families and professionals Use digital systems to maintain accurate, high-quality records This is your chance to lead with heart and purpose.
