JOB: CARE TEAM LEADER - DAYS
LOCATION: TAUNTON
PAY RATE: £14.50 + weekend enhancements

As a Care Team Leader at you'll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion.
* The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent.
* You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards.
* Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role.
* you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
* You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.
* You will also hold SVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and have previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care for the position of Care Team Leader,
