We are looking for a passionate Care Worker to join Southern Housing to work as part of a team providing person-centred care and support to residents living at Byrnhill Grove, our Registered Care Home in Ventnor. Youll be flexible to respond to their individual needs, assisting them with intimate personal care when required and ensuring their environment is safe and secure, following health and safety requirements and carrying out care plans and risk assessments. You must be physically able to undertake manual handling and you will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Services check. Please note, this role is part-time, contracted 28 hours a week.
