This rewarding role is offered through Pin Point Health and Social Care, where we support individuals in their own homes to live safely and independently. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to each client’s individual needs * Support daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility * Assist with light household tasks and offer meaningful companionship * Encourage independence and support clients in making their own choices * Maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified care environment * Communicate effectively with team members, care coordinators, and external professionals * Keep accurate records and documentation of care provided About You: We’re looking for individuals who are: * Patient, calm, and empathetic * Adaptable to new environments and care situations * Committed, dependable, and passionate about providing quality care * Comfortable working one-on-one with clients * Flexible with working hours, including some evenings and weekends * Experience in care is essential however full training and support are provided.
