Job Description As a Care Worker with CrossReach, you will support older people to live with dignity, comfort and independence. You will be part of a supportive team where the care you provide makes a genuine difference every day.
Supporting personal care and daily routines with kindness and respect
* Acting as a key worker and contributing to care plans

* Working with families, colleagues and health professionals
* You are caring, patient and reliable, with a strong respect for dignity in care. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or be willing to work towards it, have basic IT skills, be registered with the SSSC and be a member of the PVG Scheme. You are comfortable working within our Christian ethos. This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder is a practising Christian.
