SSQ is currently working on a number of in-house opportunities for Senior / Career Paralegals within financial services.

These roles sit within well-regarded investment firms, asset managers and funds, offering broad exposure across legal operations, fund documentation, regulatory support and stakeholder-facing work. Teams tend to be lean, so there’s a genuine level of ownership and visibility from day one.

We’re particularly keen to connect with career paralegals who have built at least 3 years of solid experience within financial services and are comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-performing environments.

Typical experience we’re seeing clients look for:

• Experience supporting legal teams within asset managers, investment firms or similar

• Exposure to fund structures, investor documentation or regulatory/legal ops work

• Confidence working directly with internal stakeholders

• Ability to manage a high volume of work with strong attention to detail

• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach

These roles would suit individuals who are intentionally building a long-term career as a paralegal, rather than those looking to qualify in the near term.
