As the Caretaker / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and overall upkeep of our school premises. This is a hands-on role perfect for an individual who is reliable, resourceful, and takes pride in their work. You'll be a key part of our community, ensuring our facilities are always in excellent condition. ️

Key Responsibilities

Security: Manage the opening and closing of the school, act as a keyholder, and respond to out-of-hours call-outs.

Maintenance: Carry out routine repairs and maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical work, and painting.

Health and Safety: Ensure the school site is a safe environment, conducting regular checks and managing health and safety risks.

Grounds: Oversee the upkeep of the school grounds, including litter picking, gritting pathways in winter, and general tidiness.

Management: Liaise with and supervise external contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
