Find out more about the work we do here: Citizen Position: Caretaker Salary: £28,923 + 4% pay award from 1st April 2026 Location: 192 Torrington Avenue, Coventry CV4 9AJ Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.4hrs per day (potentially working Saturday and Sunday, to be confirmed) Key Responsibilities: You will be first point of contact for customer, offering advice and assistance. You will be required to carry out minor repairs to the blocks (both internal and external). To be able to monitor and observe activity within the blocks and report inappropriate behaviour. Report repairs and ASB issues within the block. To keep the blocks up to a high standard of cleanliness. You will report into the Cleaning Manager.
